BTW just a heads up to anyone buying from lenovo, their support is horrible, i'm on hold on my 3rd attempt at getting someone to send me a RMA i don't know if its because this is a keyboard and not a computer but it feels like everyone i talk to have no idea what a n5902 is and it looks like im not the only one:

LOL.. I just opened up my P950 headset last week that I ordered back in August. Well, sorry to say that it isnt the most comfortable one I have ever used... but for $10, I guess its not too bad.
The big problem is that mine came broken. Loose wiring inside the pod and when I opened the plastic piece, found that a wire was not soldered and some others were stripped too far and possibly causing a short as well.
Took a while to find a contact number for warranty. Finally got 877-453-6686 (which is listed for IDEA branded products) as the correct number. Could not find a way to submit request online.
The support person I got really was clueless and slow. Took me over an hour trying to get this replaced. He did require that I send Proof of purchase to a lenovo email at suth.com
They are doing an advance replacement for me, so they are charging my card for another one and I have to mail the broken one back in the same box I got replacement in. There is suppose to be a prepaid label in the box.
What a hassle...
