|moktor||I ordered it from Newegg and received it on Wednesday. Finally set it up yesterday and I really like it. I justended up ordering another one from Amazon to even things out, as previously I had two 21" monitors, so it looks awkward with the 27" one sitting next to a 21" one.|

Here is a viewing angle comparison between A-MVA and TN, both from the prad.de review site (not manufacturers):
This A-MVA panel
A BenQ TN panel
Notice how the TN panel distorts colors.

This uses an A-MVA panel which offers high contrast. A-MVA offers true contrast, not the fake "dynamic" contrast that manufacturers confuse people with. No computer monitor panel type offers better contrast than VA currently.
This newer generation of VA panels also offers fast enough pixel response for most gaming: http://i49.tinypic.com/105r29x.jpg
It also has very low input lag: http://i45.tinypic.com/717cpw.jpg
VA panels are especially good for watching films because of the deep blacks.
IPS panels do not offer the same black depth: http://i48.tinypic.com/5bofhh.jpg
IPS offers wider viewing angles, although A-MVA offers wider angles than TN: http://oi50.tinypic.co

|Gw0Mike||Just to let other people know, Best Buy will price match this as it is listed as one of their authorized online retailers. So you have return support (dead pixels), and/or you have gift cards/store credits.|

A-MVA for real contrast

This newer generation of VA panels also offers fast enough pixel response for most gaming. The input lag is very low at 6 ms.
