Mine shows shipped too so I emailed for a tracking number.
"This is a special order coming from a third party vendor, the estimated delivery date is 4/24/2013
I apologize but at this moment there is no tracking number.

|lambo47||I ordered it on 3/29, I called on 3/31 asking for a status update on my order and if there was any way that I could just pick it up in the store. The guy said that it was back ordered and that it could take as long as 4/30 for me to recieve it. On 4/1, I recieved the ooma in the mail. It was shipped on 3/29 but I recieved a notification that the item shipped on 4/2 even though it was delivered on 4/1. Its weird that the office max cs rep said that it was backordered and it would atleast 2 weeks to a month for me to recieve it when it was already shipped and was about to be delivered.|

|gemini1||I was almost ready to give up on my OOMA order with OfficeMax. However, when I checked my order status today it was listed as "Shipped"! I guess I'll wait another day or so to see if it actually shows up!|

The direction is clear. Ooma is doing anything they can to get rid of people that is not paying anything or make sure they pay something.

I am still using my basic Core Ooma device, it still works perfectly, and I pay nothing whatsoever in any kind of fees for unlimited calls to US and Canada. Sound quality is great!
If you can get a hold of the ORIGINAL Core device (they are still out there) or Core with Scout (kind of an extension of the unit) they are grandfathered in at NO FEES-EVER. I happen to have a brand new one, still shrinkwrapped, with the Core and Scout Device, and I have confirmed with Ooma that it will always be no fees. I don't know why I have it, just saw it on Ebay one day and bought it for $200, as others there were going for much more due to the no-fees thing. So. it sits in my closet.
Also, they have told me that if I ever want to "upgrade" to the Telo, my no fee deal will be transferrable to the Telo. No reason to do so in 4 years, as mine is working perfectly, as it always has.

Wow ! I had noticed that all of the new improvements were to the Telo and that they were pushing people into converting lately but I didn't know that they were now charging the fees ! Because of all of this I did pick up a Telo when Sears was closing them out a few weeks ago at $30.

For Ebay seller that want to make more money, we would assume they did enough research about this issue.
In additional, someone with the original Ooma Hub/Core that has no taxes/fee mentioned couple months ago, they received email from Ooma below. Sounds like if there is anything wrong with Ooma Hub/Core, they won't even answer customer call for this product.

|MikeD03C||I have had Ooma for over a year and love it. I paid about $120 and about $4.50 in NC taxes a month. Very high voice quality. Folks comment that it sounds just like Cisco VoIP at the office. I had Vonage before which I had many more problems with and the taxes/fees were very high. I think the $10 Vonage plan has $8 in taxes/fees? Can't recommend Ooma enough.|

what I understood..
Customers who purchase the ooma Hub/Scout combination (also known as the Ooma Core), regardless of when it was purchased, will continue to receive service under the previous Terms and Conditions, which include NOT being subjected to pay the applicable taxes. Core customers will also get a maximum of 5,000 minutes calling per month within the U.S., voicemail, Caller-ID (With Name/Number), and Call Waiting (with Caller-ID) included as well as E911 services in the basic package.
