1st Gen didnt have Special Offers & had older processor.

So for just 50% off the price of a new Kindle Fire HD? And half the memory, less screen resolution, old technology... etc, etc. Just get a new one... or wait for the newer models to go a bit cheaper. Too many people buying a first-gen product and then regret it later on as it becomes a paperweight. Take a look at the specs on the new one here http://thecreativealte

|fireballs||Why did OP post this as current gen when it's clearly last gen? This can easily confuse people|

They are great for daily tasks if rooted and loaded with CM10! Almost a Nexus 7.
The screen is great and an OTG cable can be used in order to expand memory if needed, however I got 2 for $69 each.
I think $99 is a bit expensive and for a little more you can find better options.

|deymayor||i don't see why you will buy this. same crappy resolution as the Nook tablet but with less memory and no expansion slot for the same price.|

|recountryman||Decent deal. I'm loving my kindle fire that I got from cowboom for around 69.00.|

It's listed as seller refurbished but if you scroll down a bit, under condition it is listed as lightly used.

Like the price, but I will pass as there is no warranty to be found. I only see this:
Return Policy - We provide a 30 day guarantee that all our items will be fully functional and as described."

The "seller refurbished" worries me. I wish it was factory refurbished.
Also, does it come with a warranty?

8GB Amazon Kindle Fire 7" Tablet w/ Special Offers - Current Generation (pre-owned lightly used) $99.99 with free shipping
Secondipity via eBay
This is the current generation of the Kindle Fire Tablet w/ Special Offers . As with the previous deal on the Element TV, the condition is listed as lightly used so I would assume it's almost brand new. Secondipity only lists the highest quality condition items on their site.
8GB Amazon Kindle Fire 7" Tablet - Current Gen (pre-owned lightly used)
