The timeliness is terrible. The customer service is good. The fabric is as good as a Dillard's or Macy's suit. The trousers are unlined. The fit is totally dependent upon your measurement. No seam has any extra fabric in it, so your tailor WILL NOT be able to enlarge anything, only shrink it.
Caveat: if you measure your shoulders at 19", the suitcoat will be exactly 19". If you measure your thighs as 30", the trousers will be exactly 30". There is no allowance for error!
For my remake, I measured some properly fitting clothes, rather than measuring my actual body.Otherwise, the fit resembles my wetsuit more than my interviewing suit.
Oh, and did I mention they were slow?

Yes, this is the voucher. I am very sorry that I am unable to honour this code as it was used inappropriately.

OP, may want to add that this applies to one suit per account.

as the guy said before make proper and honest measurements.
- More times than most they will be quite a snug fit so size up an extra inch (even 2 if you are doubtful. It is MUCH easier to take in the clothing than to let it out)
- They give you a credit limit for you to take your clothes to a tailor to make an additional alterations without sending it back and waiting a month.

I put this under a different thread a few weeks ago. I'll be getting another suit for work - I get plenty of compliments. I have no idea about the quality of the shirts, though.
"Just thought I'd post feedback for anyone who purchases in the future:
Customer service - 10 out of 10. The stipulations of the 20% deal required all orders to be submitted together. I didn't realize this until after I had already submitted my orders separately. The CSR went and credited my account for the difference. They also put one of my orders on hold, per my request, so I could get a suit and make any additional modifications based on the first-run.
Product quality - 9/10. I got what I ordered. Problem is, I didn't measure my legs properly, and my thunderthighs are too tight in the slacks. The jacket fits better than any jacket I've ever had - I'm used to squeezing into tight shoulders just to accommodate the waist on a suit, so this was just a pleasure to wear. I'm hoping the next iteration of the slacks will be just as comfortable. I've received a few compliments on the suit, though I've only worn it the one day to try it out.
Timeliness - 6/10. I suppose I shouldn't have such high expectations for a custom made suit at the price they're asking, but it took approximately a month or more to get the first suit, and I expect the same timing on the updated slacks. It'd be nice to get them sooner.
I highly recommend these guys to anyone that can't find a proper fitting suit, due to body type or whatnot. Easily worth what you would pay buying a nice suit and having it tailored to hell and back, plus it ends up being a much nicer fit. Now if anyone knows of the same thing for shoes (and my super wide feet) I'll be all set."
