Explain why you think I'm wrong. And please, make sure it's something recent.
Saturated fats....are not bad and have no link to heart attacks or strokes. I'll start with that.

|Ivelweyz||If you're only eating 50g fat, majority of them should probably be saturated fats.|

Trader Joe's Crunchy Unsalted Unblanched
190cals, 16g Fat (2.5-3g* saturated), 7g Carbs (1g sugar), 7g Protein
45cals, 1.5-2g Fat* (0g sat), 5g Carbs (1g sugar), 5g Protein
*varies a little by source.
The profile for the PB2 is much better if you are trying to lose weight or maintain a fairly aggressive clean diet (40/40/20 or thereabouts). I eat about 2000-2200 cals a day at 185lbs (down from 205 in 3mos), which means sub 50g of fat and only a handful of sat fat grams. Regular peanut butter used to be a fav, but it quickly blows my numbers if I eat it now. So PB2 is a good compromise. And for some things, it is actually much easier to use - shakes, sauces, etc.
Some tips on getting the best out of this stuff - if you plan to use as spreadable pb, be careful on the amount of water. Most probably adding way too much, as I did in beginning, and you get soup. Add very small amounts at a time and mix thoroughly pressing against sides and working the mixture to break up all of the powder and improve texture. I use a custard cup. This yields a fairly smooth paste and is perfectly fine on bread or crackers, etc.

|yazyazoo||Just got this and it's good in my shakes. The original bag was vacuum packed. What is the best way to store this? Does it get clumpy from moisture in the air?|

|bruhahahaha||PB2 is delicious and well worth it, especially if you're watching calories. I mix up a tablespoon to have w/ an apple or banana for a treat and it saves on the extra peanut butter calories. This is a great price, too. I can't wait to try it in stir fries|
