Right. You paid for those services. And access to those services, on an Xbox 360, requires a Live GOLD account - which is a paid service. And to get those streaming movies, you have to have Internet access, which, for most people, is a paid service as well. Which is why Redbox continues to do so well - not everyone has an Internet connection, and quite a few folks like the simplicity of "put a DVD in the player and press play."
But it doesn't explain really why you won't buy an Xbox game to play on your Xbox game console because you are protesting the fact you have to subscribe to both Live and your streaming service. Buy a Roku. Use a PC. Plenty of other streaming options other than a 360.

|Gentle_Touch||Won't renew or buy any new xbox360 game they sucks...They make you pay to use their portal. eg) Amazon instant video, Netflix etc.. Absurd, highway robberies. when already paid for those services. Makes no sense. .|

Is there is anything more depressing than getting an envelope with a note saying Dad d/l'ed a game for you?

|StriderH1ryu||nice to know it's coming out as a physical disc. I rather have a physical copy cause I can bring it over to family gathering, friend's house, or a beach house. Another good thing is budget games pricing at $19.99 always go on sale for around $15 or less.|

I downloaded the XBLA version a while back (bought a code for $10 right after launch) but will definitely be picking this up when it drops.
I prefer to have physical media and like that this will have the patches and updates on-disk. My version is pretty much unpatched and I have terrible internet up here and haven't felt like dedicating a day to downloading all the updates, so having them on a disc (up to TU 9 at least) will be nice..
But yeah, any time I have an option to buy a game that was digital-only, I will buy it even if I already own it.

As for the deal: Seems like just a way to gift the game for xbox.

|ajran122||Funny how this game is only a couple hundred MB and it's going to be on a disc. Not sure why you would rather have the disc instead of a download.|
