Yes, you can. I had certificates from 3 different accounts (mine, wife's and another one of mine), 45 dollars in total. Went to BB, picked an Amazon $50 gift card, went to checkout and the girl didn't ask a single question. I only paid the $5 difference. So, yes, you can combine/use certificates from different accounts for the same purchase.
