|rons1980||I'm not really here to dispute any facts about gmail junk mail functionality ...just providing a hint that you would need to look in your Junk messages for the cancellation message (if you already did not find it). The order confirmation came after because its the result of an automated report for an Order fulfillment that is in process (IBM WebSphere). It will eventually be voided when it matches the cancellation requests pre-marked for each order before it gets shipped.|

|xChanX||My AMEX card still shows pending charges. I haven't gotten a cancellation e-mail but I expected the pending charges to be removed already which my VISA did. Anyone in the same boat?|

Well, that's besides the point. First we get a cancellation message, then we get a confirmation message 1-2 DAYS after the cancellation. What is that supposed to make someone think? It doesn't matter what we thought of the deal when we got in on it, what matters is how Ritz is acting in this matter and it's pretty incompetent to say the least. If it's canceled, fine, but they should be a little better about it.

Anyone using Gmail should check their Junk messages.
I too received only a confirmation message but I noticed I also received a cancellation message in the Junk mailbox.
As many people have already mentioned:
GMAIL USERS PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK MESSAGES. CANCELLATION MESSAGE FROM RITZ CAMERA WILL BE THERE

|thelama||My money is still tied up on this fiasco. I did get the cancellation, then the confirmation like others. Nice of Ritz to be making interest on our money while we await refunds. Still no status on a refund or if the lens shipped. Charge still shows as "pending".|
