Yes I have used metrotalk but it does not do very much of what I want in a VOIP/SIP app. but the dev. has said he will be adding a few features, some of which are things I am looking for. It's promising but not nearly there yet. Thanks (again) for mentioning it though.

Go to WPCENTRAL.com and ask on the forums there. Members from all over the world and they really know their stuff / the apps available.

It drained quicker the first couple times. However after I completely drained the battery couple times (on purpose to improve battery life), it has been doing much much better. In fact, its battery performance is much better than iPhone 4s and 5.

If you do end up getting the 928, don't panic for the first few days and charge cycles. The battery life was totally acceptable, but as of last night it has gotten dramatically better. As an example, I'm currently sitting at 50% battery and it has been off the charger for over 21 hours now. It's just like Android phones where it takes a few charge cycles before it hit's peak battery life.
I'm a guy who has come from upwards of 10 Android phones over the past 3+ years and I can genuinely recommend this phone and OS. It's awesome! Good luck!

But yes, there's no sure way I've seen to get the phone from Wirefly (or most third party sellers) and transfer it to a different account right away. Almost all of them have a time period, Wirefly is 180 days, that you must retain the phone and the plan... That's how they get their money.

if my upgrade was available and this was available on ATT, i would get it
my next phone hopefully WILL be a WP8.
definitely tired of old aging iOS. android is getting boring..

I was just about to jump on this, until I read Wirefly's T&Cs. I am going to buy this phone on a line eligible for an upgrade and then transfer the equipment to a different line.
Wirefly says that I'm risking getting charged for deactivation in that event. Will I? What's the best way to buy the phone and avoid this risk? Is it even possible to play that game anymore?

On another note, how much of a chance to get a phone upgrade from Verizon before my eligible day? So far I tried the store and online, and no luck. Not a big deal if I have to wait though.

Guys and gals, I've had this phone since yesterday morning and it's simply superb!! I was an Android owner for over 3 years and I don't miss it one bit. And I wasn't just an owner, I was a rooter, modder, themer, etc. This says a lot for me to make the switch and be happy with it so quickly.
The build quality, screen quality, camera quality, sounds quality, smoothness of the OS and UI, super high quality and consistent UI of the third party apps and awesome integration between the built in apps are incredible. This phone just looks and feels so great as well.
I got the white one and please do yourself a favor and look at it in person. It looks SOO much better in person than in photos and videos online. I was totally set on black but as soon as I saw the white one in person I fell in love instantly. So the white one is what I have and I'm not looking back. Highly recommended!

Can someone please confirm if I can buy the phone at full price (no contract) and still get the MIR and other discounts?
Essentially $499 (full price) - $50 Verizon MIR - $50 BofA/WireFly discount = $400?
Is that correct?
If the MIR is not honored, will the BofA/WireFly discount at least be valid?
