It's pretty cheap, what can you expect? Feel-wise it's getting closer to plastic, it FEELS somewhat cheap and like plastic. However look-wise it's pretty good; the white background really brings out the crystals and catches light nicely. It doesn't necessarily look cheap although it definitely feels cheap.
I have bought this before when it was $19, buying two of anything will get you 10% off and if you have Bank of America, activate the add it up online deal for an extra 9% back.

|Sam Hobbs||Swarovski Crystals are known to create rainbows. Do these do that? I am sure that if they do then the rainbows are quite small but I am interested in knowing if they are noticeable at all.|

|BrianC811||I bought this for the gf. Once again slickdealers are being unrealistic in their aspirations vs cost. This isn't a $500 item for $18. Get real. But i do believe that most people would be more than happy to easily pay $50 for this same item at Macys, etc. I was pleasantly surprised at it for its price, and will definitely order from jewelry.com again. And regarding the box, seriously? Id rather it come in a plastic bag and save a dollar instead of deriving the quality of $18 jewelry from a box.|

These are not fake. They're just not actually made by Swarovski. The use Swarovski crystals.
Basically what happens here is that Jewelry.com buys these crystals "wholesale" and makes the jewelry themselves, as opposed to it being actually produced by Swarovski. So the crystal itself is Swarovski made, but the piece of jewelry itself is not.

Wasn't sure what swarovski crystals were, so I looked it up.
"Swarovski is the brand name for a range of precisely-cut crystal glass".
Why am I paying for small pieces of glass?

Bought this for $19 and the rose heart as well.
The items are easily worth $18-20, anyone who returned because it looked cheap should be punched in the mouth and wet toweled whipped in the crotch.
