Contact them through this page . It took me a couple of tries but they finally did reply after a few days.
On a side note, they had told me they would send me a replacement but the next thing I knew they issued me a refund through paypal so I guess I'm not getting a replacement.

Who woke up this old thread and discussion again...?
Ah, the old made in China argument. Not even going to argue with that. If you guys all want to spend more on a bigger dimmer flashlight and feel good about it, by all means, do.
If anything, keep an eye on this one and try it when it goes on sale. It's well made, super bright (somewhere between 350 and 450 lumens) and has low power modes if you need more run time:

Right, they must not sell mine in a sipik anymore, but those Chinese brand names are often copies of copies of stolen designs. I still see the one I bought sold under a different name on amazon. My Sipik was aa flashlight and I thought this discussion all along has been why shouldn't I order a cheap aa flashlight from Meritline?
I am stubborn and stick to AA flashlights. I recently purchased the Jetbeam 2xAA led light. It's ridiculous how much higher quality they are when spending just a little more on a flashlight. Though I agree the higher the $ the diminishing return. The jetbeam was ~30.

So my conclusion is I rather spend $1-2 more for a reliable one from a U.S company (manufactured in China, probably), plus it uses regular AAA battery. Therefore, this deal keeps popping up as great deal?!
Just my opinion

|Seltzer||I dunno... at the rate of fp deals for this, I'm going to wait a month for it to go down to $6, or maybe a couple of months for it to be free.|

|Kaijura||Nice flashlight but mine broke after a second battery change when the threads snapped off. The Icon Rogue flashlights are built much better.|

|lwkeung||Thanks! In 4 1! Interested to see how it compares to my 2xAA Fenix E21.|
