Any of you guys have a backup of the UPC for this rebate? It seems USPS missed the delivery of my rebate and they are asking me to resubmit the rebate... But I do not have the backup.. If you have it let me know.. I will PM my email address.. Thanks..

Anybody got this rebate getting rejected? Mine got rejected and the reason says
"Signed Rebate Form is missing- Original UPC Barcode Label (#753759985554) (Not the shipping label barcode) is missing- Copy of Receipt/Invoice/Order Confirmation is missing- No proof of purchase- Barcode label is missing- Reseller is not eligible for this offer- No proof of purchase date in documentation"
I sent an email to their customer service email@example.com and never got a response. Anybody has any experience to share on how to deal this situation?

|bandh||I called Garmin this morning, and as all above said, it's not a firmware, instead, the garmin CS guy emailed me a file to install, and fixed the problem immediately. I asked him if I can share the file, he said this file is specifically generated for me, so I can't share. But, anyone still having problems should call Garmin to get it fixed. I am glad I didn't return the GPS, or sent to Garmin to fix it.|

|JimW9505||It isn't a firmware update. I think it may be nothing more than a small text file they put in there to make it find the missing pay table. No change to the version number. It's a very quick and simple fix.|

Well, I can share the link, but I don't think it will help because it's just a link you click on to give the person at Garmin the ability to remotely connect to your PC and install the fix to your attached Garmin. Any of you still having issues, should just call Garmin and have them fix it since it can be done entirely in software. Here's the link http://www.garmin.com/garminlive .

I have one issue though. I have the Portable Friction Mount. This unit does not have the attachment in the back to sit on the friction mount.
Did others get this along with the unit? Should i contact Garmin again?

Could you share the link of the file or share the file with us? My 2555 still has the paytable does not exist problem even after replacement. Thank you a bunch!

|localdeals||I received a brand new replacement unit with TA20 charger from Garmin today. Everything is working great now.|

I got a replacement from Tiger and both units have the "pay table does not exist" error and no traffic. (FYI, to see that error you have to enter developer mode)
So I called Garmin and the tech I got wasn't helpful at all. After 30 minutes of updating files, he finally got someone on the line that knew about the issue and said they have a firmware fix on the way. Apparently they'll call me when it's ready. I guess there is a reason this model was such a good deal?
