The video shows the guy just sticking the crevice tool into the end of it. Shouldnt need a rubber band.

Mine didnt come with the Crevice tool either and now the listing at walmart no longer mentions it.
Im probably going to return it just because theres nothing much to it and the crevice tool was a big reason why I wanted it.
I just called Bissel, they are sending the crevice tool. Big mistake. 10 minutes I will never get back.

|navidp||Got it in the mail last friday. Paid the extra $0.97 shipping. Small vaccum but works well. No rotating brush, and there is a small piece that comes with the vaccum for small crevices that is helpful but there is nowhere to put it when you have the main attachment connected.|
