The U2711 looks murky compared to the U2713HM.
If I didn't have them sitting right next to each other, I probably wouldn't have noticed that profound of a difference, but it's literally night and day.
Sending back the U2711 and hoping there's another deal to pair the U2713HM.

|majorjohn||Got mine today. The monitor looks great, but there is a serious yellow back light bleesing in the lower left corner, size 9" by 9". The yellow is obvious even in day light. I really don't want to replace it but I have too. If the second one doesn't improve, I will have to ask for a refund.|

|jsz3||How would the "popping out of the colors" on this compare to one of the glossy 27" Korean monitors like the Catleap or Acheiva Shimian, Apple Cinema Display, HP x2301, etc.?|

The 2711 might be better in an office environment with lots of florescent lighting or glare from sunlight but for a home the very aggressive anti glare screen made image quality look poor.
Dell got the matte screen just right with the 2713.
