What you are confusing is that under Win XP when you have a drive formatted in FAT32, there is a limit of 2 TB (under FAT32) if you were use that hard drive as the system drive. HOW_EVER in this deal - this is an external hard drive and the 2 TB limitation does not come into play. Read the link above in my post.

Did staples change it's price match policy?
Tldr - It says it subtracts from the price of the staples item before doing the price match.
