You are arguing claims that were never made. I take it you didn't get A's in your college reading comprehension courses? LOL!

If you feel it's crappier because it's gloss and not matte, that's simply an opinion based on your preference and absolutely not based on the quality of the screen. Personally, I feel that matte screens offer inferior display to gloss screens but I'm not going to go call them crappier, just not what I prefer.
It's fine that we prefer different things, just don't allow your preferences to mislead others when talking about their quality!

mine arrived, opened it up and the seal is still there.. so it's new.
laptop works fine, and it's super thin.. only complaint so far is that the fan is loud and is on all the time (so far).
i wonder how much battery life having the touch drivers on the screen takes? i've done a little searching on google and see no info.. imo it's a useless feature, just like windows 8 is.. i'd prefer to turn that option off especially if it'll save me lots of battery life.

|jiggyblau||Say what you want about the company, but my laptop arrived today. Of course, I'm out of town, but that's some quick service. I hope for their sake that this deal ends up going well for all of us.|

Even if someone thought the screen sucks, who freakin' cares? You didn't design or manufacture the ultrabook. It may be a revelation to you, but a lot of people hate reflective screens so get over it.

have you guys seen the thread about dealfisher?
although I have first hand experience with them and my item turned out fine (samsung s9), it sure was shadddy. i don't know if it was dealfisher or fedex screwing up, but i get like thousands of items shipped to my address all the time (figuratively) from USPS UPS FEDEX, but for the first time, this item never showed up and it said delivered on the tracking page! even signed.
Of course I called fedex immediately to see what was going on, and they were initially saying that it was delivered my address and even signed!! I had to argue for a while but eventually they acknowledged it and said it was delivered to a wrong address(??). they said they will go back to pick it up and will redeliver to my address the following day.
Well that never happened either. it took 3 extra days to finally get to my doors and i had to constantly call them to check on status. If I hand't called fedex, I think it might have gone back to deal fisher and I could have been one of those people in that thread complaining about their service.
Just something to be cautious about

Where'd you find that deal? Is it i3 or i5?

1. RAM is not upgradeable and it's soldered on to the most unlike yoga.
2. Touchscreen can do so much if the angle is restricted.
I was able to get a brand new yoga 11s for $690. Was seriously considering this but for its use (laptop), I think it's a better choice to go with something with better warranty.

|recklessk||Thank goodness the price went up, now I will definitely will not get it. I was on the fence for such a long time. It is a great deal, but I have to start questioning if I really need another laptop/ultrabook.|
