Maybe you should contact the seller for a refund as many here has done so according to Wiki. STL-001 was distributed mainly in UAE, then expended to the whole Middle East and Africa regions. Your Blackberry AC plug is likely an Europlug, which won't fit into any American wall socket, hence why a conversion adapter was included. I don't know where your device is being used. If you are in Europe, you can disregard that conversion adapter.
Are you the only one who received the conversion adapter? I don't know.

that looks like an UK to US conversion adapter. I guess you received another version of the Z10.

As mentioned, it was not inside the retail phone box, it was in side the shipping box, loosely placed.
I took a picture of the adapter:

Not sure how you came to to that conclusion.
In the shipping box was a small 2 prong adapter. It was not inside the phone box. Just wondering what it's for.

Are you asking the power rating? It's 750

|VoodooVyper||What is the power plug adapter that came in the box separate the phone? The phone was not for myself and I didn't notice the power plug adapter in the box until after the phone left my possession.|

I find it funny the people posting here with pretty much NO knowledge of the OS, the mobile market, or general business principles in general.
BB is not going anywhere.. they have TONS of free cash flow.
The OS is what... 6 months old... and it has over 120k apps in BB world.
When Android launched, it had 13 (yes 1.3.) apps in the market.
From here: http://betanews.com/2008/10/21/wi...g1-launch/
"As people start receiving their pre-ordered T-Mobile G1 phones, they are going to be very disappointed to find that the 50+ applications that were reported in the Android Market have now been stripped down to only 13."
The camera is slick, with timeshift/story maker.
The keyboard is good, almost as good as swift key (they need a swipe feature though)
App sideloading works pretty well, and is STUPID easy to do.
With 10.2 release, it looks like you wont need to bother with sideloading, just download the file through browser.
Re: Browser... holy crap this browser is amazing. Yea its true theres no Pandora app... soooo just type www.pandora.com in the browser and watch it play just like on your PC.
The HUB is AMAZING.. I didnt think Id like having everything in one place, but I didnt UNDERSTAND the OS from the original info I had on it. You can sort by each account.. so, in the same place, I can see:
Each of those is a one click affair.. and if Im playing a game (or listening to pandora.com), and I get a notification, I swipe UP and to the RIGHT and I can see what that message is, so I know if its important enough to stop what Im doing.
For an OS thats 6 months old, its OUTSTANDING. Anyone who cant objectively agree with that statement is lying to themselves and you.

Thanks for the clarification. Edited my post.

I thought it's only eligible if you purchase from participating BB retailers.
According to this link, Buydig isn't one of them.

|sniper||I also received an STL100-1. Opened a case on eBay and hope buydig resolves it. Hell, I've ordered a lot from them and never had a problem so we'll see.|

Mine just came and back its going (hopefully with help form ebay) as its a STL100-1 which means no LTE support. I guess I should have asked them, but from the description I thought it was an STL100-3. Phone is also a Middle East version which means even if BlackBerry honored warranties this one wouldn't be covered in the US...awesome.
Edit: Box was also opened, but that may have been from its import.
