Not sure if the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus CPU / Fan combo may be too big for your case. If you're going mATX or even the ITX route, I'd recommend water cooling. Check out the:

|gtd2000||Bought one of these over a month ago based on all the reviews. I've not seen a huge drop in temperature but it does run quieter than the jet engine standard cooler that came with my AMD Phenom II CPU. I think my temps dropped 1~2 degrees according to speedfan.|

|sheznj||The stock cooler brings my I7-2700k to about 42C at idle. Now after using the Hyper 212 (non plus), my CPU is at 30C when idle and 42C under heavy loads. The screws that this heat sink uses is far superior than the plastic breakable clips that come with the stock CPU cooler, ensuring that the heat sink makes a proper connection with the CPU. only negative i found is that the right fan may block your DIMM 1 RAM slot, but the fan height can be adjusted in order to make enough room for RAM in DIMM 1. I highly recommend this CPU Fan combo especially for overclockers who want water cooling results without the water cooler.|
