Everyone should pay careful attention to this sage advice from Dumpsterdiver: this is the closest thing you can get to stacking coupons at HF and it is only available a couple of days a year, specifically on the Thursday before the parking lot sale.
First look through the HF parking lot sale ad:
On Thursday, the HF website will likely make the sale prices in this ad live, and the 25% off coupon code (83222653) will stack!
As an example, the popular 12" sliding miter saw is regularly $200 so you can get it for $150 with the 25% off coupon. For the big sale this weekend, the ad says it is on sale for $137.33, but on Thursday it will be $103 if you stack the 25% coupon.
This loophole only works on Thursday before the parking lot sale - on Friday the 25% off coupon will no longer stack on sale items. And the normal exclusions on the 25% coupon still apply (no compressors, jacks or toolboxes).
In the past this procedure works online every Thursday before parking lot sales but of course we won't know for sure until tomorrow. YMMV if you can convince your local store to match the online price and also apply the 25% off coupon.

I found the code through google a while back and can't read the expiration date, but it still works online so it should be fine in the store if they type the code in for you. Good luck!

6 ton stands should be $37.49 with 25% coupon (83222653)
3 ton Low Profile floor jack can be had for $79.99 (58582711)

But..... Thursday, before the sale, you might notice the price reduction is already available online. Others have asked the cashier to match the online price and then use the 25% on Thursday. Very your mileage may vary.

I tried downloading this scan, and it came out low-resolution and unreadable. It looked like there was something good in there.

Our local store is handing out free power strip coupons, that are only good I think for next weekend. A guy at the register ahead of me tried to use one yesterday.
I agree on the 4 outlet strips. I hung a bunch of them all over the shop and on the end of several extension cords I was using. Very handy for free!

Actually I did read the manual. It does not mention that it needs to be Alkaline.
Anyways, I didn't realize that the free batteries were zinc chloride.
Copied from the manual:
1. To insert the batteries, push down the battery door latch on the
right side of the camera. Door will release. Push forward to
2. Install 2 AAA batteries observing polarity.
3. Return battery door and click into place.
*Note: We recommend using Lithium batteries in cold weather."
It's been near 80 degrees F.

Harbor Freight Tools Buffalo (Amherst) NY
Last week I was at HFT in Buffalo (Amherst), NY.
The ONLY HFT in the Northeast that gave me a hassle using coupons off of my phone.
Cashier said "We cant take them off of your phone - you have to print them out"
I asked for a Manager;
he said the manager was in the pneumatic section
Met the person there Greg; wearing only a Nametag; not displaying manager on it.
inquired about their policy;
He said that they have to have the physical couponms to send to corporate every week
I called bullshit.
Then he went on to say that other stores could take coupons off of the phone;
that their registers were not up to date; and NOT connected to coporate
I called bullshit again
I asked him if they manually change the prices in their registers daily
= he didn't have an answer for that.
When I asked who his DM (District Manager) was;
he changed his attitude and said I'll take your coupons this once.
My wife just hightails it out of the store when they won't accept a coupon;
I stay for the fight.
If we cannot use email coipons on our phone; then why send them to us?
Always question authority!
I can be a managers welcomed customer; or a painful thorn in their side.

Damn, should have picked up more of the 4-outlet power splitters when they were free.
Owell, time to stock up on clamps
