Hope you guys buying at JCPenney are also taking advantage of the JCP Rewards. That's sort of another $10 or $30 ($30 if you use JCP CC)
Also, if you miss this deal for whatever reason, best deal on an "everyday" basis is to buy one at Bed Bath and Beyond and use a pretty easy to get 20% off coupon. When they have the reduced gift card deals, get enough BBB to cover it, then you are saving another whatever % off.
Something else to consider....when Kohl's has the 30% (sometimes just for CC holders), you can price match lowest price around (right now is WalMart at $445), then get 30% off. Now, that's only in-store if you happen to find one in stock. If you order online, they likely will only do PM + 15-20%.

|marymcq2||I bought this directly from Bissel last month when they had it on sale for $369.00. I almost bought it from an Amazon Gold Deal a couple of years ago for around $250 but cancelled it and could have kicked myself since I could have gotten it so much cheaper. I just used the machine yesterday and can tell you it is the best carpet cleaner I have ever used and I have purchased a few over the years. Our carpet is at LEAST 20 years old and it got so much dirt and dog hair (and accidents!) out of it it looks 100% better! I had just cleaned my carpet with my Dirt Devil Platinum Force cleaner in November and by the amount of crud that came out of the carpet you wouldn't have known I had EVER cleaned it. This carpet cleaner is worth every penny!|

Omgzzzz, how did I missed this deal! I have been eyeing on the Big Green for a while! With two youngster, I really need this. Costco got the Rug doctor for $340 (no detergent/enzyme) but from my research, the Big Green is a better product.
Good thing for JCP. Got it from there instead. Got the extra 1 year warranty for $25 for the sixth year. Warranty in late term of a product is a really good thing. $377 for me. No tax in Oregon!

It is a great machine
I purchased the Rug Doctor from costco before this unit and it was a inferior machine. Poor in contrast to say the least. I would not discount this machine at all without trying it first. You will be surprised.

you can also rent it from Lowes. It hands down the best carpet shampooer. I used this on our carpets the day after stanley steamer came & cleaned the rugs. It got so much more out of the rugs plus it sucks up more water than any of them. compared to others, the rugs are practically dry when you're done.
by the way, it says it's a 5 yr warranty

Got mine just now from JC Penney for about $295.xx after tax and free shipping.
469.99 - 25% = 352.xx + tax = 376.xx
$300 gift card from Discover Cashback (for $270). That's -$30
Also AMEX 10 off 50 credit (fingers crossed).
Finally 12% cashback from shop@home. (fingers crossed)
