|logantanner||I bought one of these refurb from Blinq for $288 a few weeks ago. Had that terrible squealing sound coming from the speaker. Returned it but they had no more in stock. Decided maybe i didn't need 10in or FHD and bought a "new-open box" 1st gen Nexus 7 from them. It was VERY used and appeared to have been dropped. I gave up on getting a Nexus 10 for around $300 and jumped on one of those Microsoft Surface RTs for $169. Figured for watching Netflix and browsing the web and social apps, it ticked all the right boxes. Kinda bummed to see this deal on a new Nexus 10 though. Just got my Surface last night.|

|DETHCLOK6||I received a new nexus 10 for Christmas and the wifi was horrible, i returned it and bought another. Same problem with the second one. Even just a few feet from my router and I was getting only an average signal strength whereas my phone, PS4, wife's phone, and laptop show much stronger signals at the same distance. Just bought the note 10.1 2014 edition and all is well, amazing tablet and well worth the extra money.|

Also, does Groupon charge tax? Because that would make it a whole lot worse.

|F4ith||Have fun charging this bad boy... bought it for 2 days and return it. The battery lasts 6 hours and it took 5 hours to charge.|

Not true; NewEgg issues free pr-paid UPS labels for defective items.

|MadSalad||I bought the N10 when it came out and I felt it was a less than stellar product from G and I love Android. mine seems to crash constantly, lag and just be an all around PITA. I keep thinking its time to unlock it and put a custom ROM on it but the wife won't let me (since we share it). I almost always use my phone instead of the N10 because I get a better experience from it.|

|wrichards2009||The note 2014 is the best tablet you can buy right now running android. The new Nexus 10 will likely be similar to this with a cpu refresh.|

2. The Nexus 10 is bigger.
3. Nexus 10 has more PPI.
4. N10 has a scratch resistant screen.
5. N10 battery is 9000 mAh while the Note 2014 is 8220 mAh.
6. The deal you posted is for a "refurbished" Note 2014 32GB while this deal is for a brand new Nexus 10 32GB. A new Note 2014 will run you $600.
The only thing truly different with these two tablets is the Note 2014 has 3GB RAM (vs. 2GB), 8 megapixel back camera (vs. 5), has an SD card slot and a quad core, 2300 MHz, Krait 400 processor (vs. Dual core, 1700 MHz, ARM Cortex-A15).
Is the Note 2014 a better tablet, yes, but the Nexus 10 is cheaper, has some better specs, and can still perform just as well if not better than most newer tablet.
