|binji||Can anyone tell me if there is a page on Amazon to print an invoice? I heard 4MyRebate ASUS rebates are picky and I don't want to send the wrong one. I clicked "View invoice" on my Amazon order history and printed that page but it just says "Final details for order" at the top and does not say "invoice" specifically. I can't find the packing list either (I don't think it came with one).|

|cdancer20||Dang I forgot all about this and I actually ordered something last night from Amazon. Oh well. Just missed out on a free $4-5 bucks. However I do see the one from LiquidDynamite. Maybe I should try that one since someone else had success.|

I got an email yesterday, saying my submission was "declined"
due to "Required Documentation missing-Copy of Receipt/Invoice or Packing List". So this is weird because I actually sent a "order summary" receipt AND an invoice. They [asus.4myrebate.com] actually supply a link that shows a pdf of the documents you've sent them. So I click on that link and there is the rebate form with the barcode attached and the envelope I mailed AND the receipt AND the invoice I sent with my submission. So I call the 888 number and I point out the missing documents are right there, in my submission. The CSR I spoke to then says he'll speak to his manager and I should hear his decision in "5 to 10 business days"
Today, I got another email saying my submission is "approved" and my rebate card will be mailed in 5-7 weeks.

Order Placed: April 2, 2014
Amazon.com order number: xxx-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxx
Order Total: $4.99
Sold by: LiquidDynamite (seller profile)
No mention of Amazon other than "Amazon.com order number:"

And btw, Amazon jacked up the price by $10 and it is still an add on item. Amazon prime is useless

"LiquidDynamite" most likely isn't an authorized Asus reseller.
I'm not sure if 4MyRebate has a master list of accepted resellers or not, but if they do, I seriously doubt they are on it.
I know Amazon purchases will be accepted because I've participated in previous Asus Wireless Networking Promotions (i.e. FAR Network Switches), and I received my rebates as promised.
Keep us informed as to whether or not your rebate is accepted.

Using this option that's all I paid for the whole order, so not designated an "Add On item".
The one i received even has the 610839725069 UPC.

|poohbie||So with the $25 purchase requirement for an add-on item, this is really like a $5 off $20 coupon if you're willing to mail in a rebate.|

|tjones261||The posted form just contains a link to the web based form you need to fillout. After you go through a few pages filling in the info they want they generate a fom with all the info you entered. THAT final form has a place you MUST sign so they can send you the visa prepaid card. For some legal reason if you don't sign it they can't send you a visa prepaid card. Make sure you look for the place to sign, it's easy to miss. As usual, in forms like this, they don't actually leave enough room on the form for you to sign it properly.|

The rebate requirements says "A signed rebate form".
Where do you sign on the rebate form posted?
