You'd need an license/activation key for each machine.

|RRaffa||Drives are in different machines.|

The only way that you could run into an issue, would be if both come online at the same time, which is impossible when both drives are in the same machine.
This a very common thing.
Person buys a PC with an HDD in it, clones the drive onto an SSD and activates it.
If the person does not delete the system that came with the machine, then he has a dual boot system with both drives "activated".

|RRaffa||The idea was to installed on a 1TB HDD but instead I installed the SDD HDD witch was not my intention. What I did next was to installed on the 1TB HDD but cant activated because the first installation key that it came is registered already. I want to use the 1TB HDD that has Win8 not the SSD HDD.|

|RRaffa||Hello everyone. Question? If I install Win8.1 in multiple machines (3) how do you activate the 2nd and 3rd machines?|

Secondly, there is no Win 8 option for that laptop, so the next closest thing would be Vista, for any you choose to download.
Bear in mind that installing 8 will take care of the majority of the necessary drivers, but here's a short list of the drivers you want to be sure to have, be it from Windows or downloading them from Dell.
The two network drivers, the chipset, the video graphics, the audio drivers, and the 4 Intel drivers in the SATA section.

Updating the bios is a good idea to improve system operation?
Bios Version A13 7/28/08...
I use the service tag on Support and this is all the recommended updates.How should I go about all this updates what to download before or after Win 8 is freshly installed?

It's approx. 90% the power of a typical laptop i3.
It'll do fine.

You might get minor delays when you right click on things, but it will get better with time.
Your T9300 is around 70% the power of a typical laptop i3, so no worries.
