Line isn't going away. It's visible with the green and gray slides. Wasn't until I asked the wife and son if they could see it. "Yep". Too expensive to settle. Called Amazon, they're shipping another one out for exchange.
So I stuck in Cars Blu ray since I didn't have to wait 100 hours. The Custom setting has more believable whites than THX Cinema. White look yellow - at least in that Blu ray. Blacks inky. I had the 65VT60 on the ground, and my Samsung 50" plasma above it. Wish I could have my cake and eat it too with these two sets. I think off whites are something you get used to, then appreciate. Just like the Samsung plasma compared to our LCD.
