Nintendo 3DS $145 in Target B&M & online (11/20-11/23)

Saw it in the ad, better than the Black Friday bundle for $180 if you can take advantage of the $5 GC w/$50 toy purchase from the toy book mailer, 5% REDcard discount, and B1G1 40% deal on games from ToysRUs/Amazon (ends 11/19)

princessB 11-19-2011 01:15 PM

I dont see how this is good when the DSi package is 169.00?

3DS is entirely different product from DSi. It's the latest and greatest handheld from nintendo

I don't know if it's the same mailer you're talking about, but the one I have has a coupon on the back for $15 gc with $150 purchase so if you're gonna be buying anything else that will bump up the price 5 bucks you can get that.

Wow, that makes it even slicker if you got that card and haven't used it. My Target toybook only came with the $5/50 GC peel-off coupon card thingy.

The ad is not online yet, but I've attached a scan of the section with the 3DS.

2elve 11-20-2011 03:20 AM

Nice. Ill be buying this tomorrow. Thx OP!!

treysoto 11-20-2011 07:03 AM

Bought this last week and got the $20 GC. I guess since the diff is only $5 I will keep it. Nice price for this!

Nocens 11-20-2011 08:05 AM

Amazon does PM Target I think. No tax that way.

Oh, Amazon has 0 in stock.

Nocens 11-20-2011 08:09 AM

your price: $161.68

That is with tax and shipping.

JeffSimpson 11-20-2011 08:23 AM

Hmm.. so far the kmart deal with the $50gc seems to be best I've seen as I was planning on buying Mario Land anyway. However, this is a good price. TU.

eddiegorniakjr 11-20-2011 09:25 AM

You can get that price online too.
Because a game was included that was already downloaded in the console ,
too bad last week I bought 3 for xmas presents from Best Buy at the regular $169.99 price.

4-Day Sale
beat the rush and save
with pre-Black Friday deals.
quantities limited. sale ends 11/23/11.

$145.00 online price

cvsrocks 11-20-2011 09:34 AM

I'm in for 2 on this one. Ordered online and used shop through Discover for another 10% off. Great deal!

XPL051v3 11-20-2011 09:49 AM

What was the retail when this came out, 249.99$? Seems like the price has dropped very quickly on this system or maybe time really passes by quickly  Debating if I should keep my God of War PSP Slim or try a 3DS.

You could always take you receipt in and get a price adjustment and keep your $20 GC

Sanshell 11-20-2011 10:06 AM

I ve been looking out for one of these. The best price I found so far was one from drugstore.com for $143.99 last Wed. I ordered it and it got cancelled. This one oneline is only a couple dollars more with my redcard and Target.com is pretty dependable. Good deal-Grabbed one.

Nice...Your Right...Love Slick Deals. I will do that right after the Cowboys game!

dvsdevelopment 11-20-2011 11:20 AM

I didn't get a $5/$50 on my mailer.

$145.00 online price

Easy solution. Bring receipt and copy of ad to BestBuy. They will price match no problem.

I just did this only mine was for best buy.com which means I had to call in to do it, but 15 minutes, no sweat, $25 refunded to credit card.

You have 30 days to price match (within return period) although you technically only have these 4 days to price match as it must be in stock and on sale when you PM, so do it sooner so they don't go out of stock (doubtful).

Illuminati4Hire 11-20-2011 11:25 AM

Ordered the red one. Thanks! Now what to do with my black system, hmm.

DoctorShawn 11-20-2011 12:06 PM

It was on the back of the Target Toy Catalog that was mailed out. The copies in the Sunday ads did not have the coupon.

The price is in store as well. Use the red card to knock off another 5%.

Slim142 11-20-2011 10:39 PM

Should have gone to the store to save $10 on shipping for two that I bought. Oh well.

Mixmode 11-21-2011 06:23 AM

Nice deal. I might go ahead and buy this and Mario 3d Land outright instead of going out BF and buying the bundle.

taekwondo4ever 11-21-2011 06:30 AM

Am I better off waiting for the Mario bundle on BF, or just getting this and the game right now?

I have Red Card as well...

Depends, there may be some more B1G1 40% or B2G1F deals over the next few weeks (hopefully when Mario Kart 7 hits) so you could still get MarioLand 3D for less than the $35 more the bundle costs

Do you think the bundle will come with any themed extras? Or is it basically just the 3DS and the game.

That's the one thing that will help me decide. I'm thinking it's just going to be the game and the 3DS.

Mixmode 11-21-2011 08:00 AM

Does anyone have a % off or printable store coupon to use? I looked for a sale ad with a coupon at home but didnt have any.

olgad 11-21-2011 08:08 AM

Does anyone know if I can order it online and then go to store with the receipt and get the $15 GC (I have a sticker). Thank you

cj4200 11-21-2011 09:49 AM

I just picked mine up @ Walmart for $145. Nearest Target is 70 miles away. I told the cashier about Targets price and he matched with no questions.:woot:

Mixmode 11-21-2011 10:28 AM

$44 for a 3 yr protection plan @ Target. Ouch but with a 6yr old, I had to do it.

brianjones 11-21-2011 11:56 AM

i got sears to price match this because it says in stock on the target page, but is actually out of stock
plus you get 15% from shopdiscover at sears

Is the 15% cashback limited to online or in store?

lucky7girl 11-21-2011 05:58 PM

I got mine at Smith's MarketPlace for $115. They were $169.99, plus $30 off purchase of $150 (in store coupon), plus a $25 GC. But if you don't have a Smith's MarketPlace then this Target deal is still a great deal!

Are they offering a $25.00 gift card with purchase?

Mixmode 11-22-2011 05:21 AM

Everyone that bought the 3DS for their child as a xmas gift should do as I did and set up the 3DS and go download "Zelda Four Swords" for FREE through the Nintendo eshop. Once you set up your network connection, from the main menu go to the eshop and search "four swords", download it will appear as a wrapped present in the menu that they can "unwrap" when they turn their 3DS on. :)

Game is available for FREE until 02/12.
