Cowboom "NEW"

"This item may be factory sealed or in brand new condition without the factory seal"

I'm not saying this is a bad deal, but it is totally shady for a retailer to call something "new" and then say in the fine print that "oh, well, we say it's new, but it could be previously opened - but really it's new".

Read that too, odder still the link now not only does not show the new ones, but also the refurbished ones are gone too. Still on the main page when you search for them but the link takes you right back to the used listing.

no loss - two "refurb" Wiis from Cowboom didn't work; they got snotty about 2nd return - still got refund, but they threatened to only give a partial refund. good luck - just my experience.

OOS. These are probably all the Black Friday units that didn't sell. And speaking on the (may not be factory sealed) the last Wii I picked up didn't have a seal on the box at all.
