Neato is amazing. About a billion times better than my Roomba.

Just keep in mind these things are for daily cleaning. You need to vacuum yourself every few weeks still.

Yea I have romba and it just randomly bounces off things. This seems way cooler.

I just bought the refurb one from buy happier...just wanted to post my experience..

Their office is actually located in chicago, where I live, so I called to see if they had any here. They have a storefront here, but I guess their main warehouse is in GA. Anyways, I talked to a girl there, and they did have at least one at the office...so i went to buy it there...rang up total, with tax, as 296. Now here is the kicker...on the way out, one of the guys I was talking to takes me aside and says, just so you know, thats not refurbished...its new! Apparently they had some from a previous shipment that neato required they sell as refurb. I thought, sure, whatever...

So I got home removed the refurb sticker, and underneath the seal hadn't been broken. Also, I opened the box, the vacuum looked brand new, and was still wrapped as if new, and here is the crazy part...it has 9 filters, 2 sets of the border tape, a replacement brush bar thing, AND an extra bracket/brush cover for the bottom. I checked everywhere for unboxing online, and couldn't find any of them that contained all of those parts...

So ya, that worked out. I am not saying this will happen every time. He did say that the newer shipment would be actually in a refurb box (mine was retail, and had obviously never been opened), and I am not sure of the accessories in the newer shipment...but just a heads up, I would call and ask what it comes with, what box its in, etc...269 is a great price for the refurb, but for a new one with a bunch of extra accessories its killer...says 2 years of accessories on the box, and comes with a 3 year warranty from buy happier...Great service too...can post a picture if you need it...
