I've tried to key in my $100 off coupons, it turns out it's 10%. If you select two HDTV from the list, it would only apply to the cheaper one, but not both upto $100 off... I don't know if DiscoverCard.com would rebate you difference of remaining balance to make it $100, or it's just 10%... i have no idea...

Funny, that is one of the tv's I have been keeping in my cart checking the price.

Just a heads up, Discover is the card I usually do NOT purchase my electronics with, as unlike Visa and Amex, they don't double the warranty.

yes, I selected my discover card on both accounts. I applied the coupon to a TV to see how much it would take off and decided to try a different TV and now it says the code has been used....nice!

Can anyone PM me a $100 off code? Thanks!

I just got off live chat with amazon who told me that my code is only showing up in their system as a 10% (I got a $100 off code) who recommend I call Discover. I called Discover and the rep told me that they've been getting calls since last night that the offer is not matching up with the email regarding the $100 off and that corporate is working with Amazon to fix it. I was thinking maybe they made a mistake on the email blast but the rep didn't indicate that it seemed to be a mistake and verified that the offer in their system said $100 off. I guess if you're buying an expensive > $1000 then it makes more sense to use the 10% but if you plan on buying a tv for less and you have a $100 off code I would wait to see the outcome.

I guess I was one of the lucky ones with the $100 off offer. I had been trying to purchase the 42" LG the OP posted but it was only applying $50. I didn't try it on any other TV's to see if it would work or not since I was only intrested in that one. If anyone has the same issue with a $100 code not working and you call or email, refer to the promition link on the Amazon site itself (not Discover's email). The value of the code applied is Amazon's responsibility. It took a couple of calls but they were able to credit the invoice over the phone honor the promotion so final out the door was $399 minus my cashback bonus. Thanks OP and repped.
