I do, if the price is the same or cheaper than one format!

lol, you watch this 3 times in each room?

thegreatwb 04-06-2012 07:29 PM

Great price. I think I bought this for $20 and sold the BD and DVD copies so I ended up with the 3d version for free.

No, one time in each room in the available format for that room.

You know what? You're asking the wrong question. It costs them next to nothing to bundle three formats for the price of one, and they're generous enough to offer it at what all other single Blu-rays cost.

This is good. Every studio needs to do this. I'm so tired of buying a Blu-ray, then discovering these cheap studios don't even crop the movie like they used to for VHS and DVD. Remember when you got a VHS video and it came out at the correct aspect ratio, and it if didn't, it would say so on the front? This is why I don't buy any movies anymore because of the crap they're pulling. If you're going to have it in the original aspect ratio, at least maintain the pixel count when I crop the movie. But no, instead, when I zoom in, the pixels get larger because the movie is actually 1920x500 or something, not 1080p. Massive rip off. And they wonder why blu-ray is such a failure. Having 2D+3D is a plus, afterall, it costs them almost nothing to add on!

Do you get off to Seth Rogen? Why do you want to watch this movie three times in different places?

It costs them nothing but doing this helps them to charge more for Blu Ray.

azn197 04-07-2012 01:48 AM

That's covered by my statement above. But if I knew that I'd never need it, I could always sell/give it away.
