So what's with this new iPad getting hot and all? Can anybody confirm? I'm actually thinking of getting one, but this overheating issue is a serious barrier in decision-making.

yes there is more heat...not that unbearable...resolution is awesome tho!....i like case mates istead of these tho.....tried these poetic brand for my touchpads and they don't give a custom fit...course you pay more tho....

Where are you reading that it overheats? It gets warmer than the 2, but not that much of a difference. I don't see the difference.
