Way over price now. It was $50 on BF. Maybe $70 is a good buy.

I have this model. I love it. The only thing is that u have to do one scanning at a time.

I bought the HL2070dw a couple of weeks a go "NEVER OPENED IT" but I'd like to get this one for an all in one instead !

I guess I could wait :sleepy: I'm not in a hurry "Thought"

Never saw this for 50 on BF but I did get it for $88 total and that was a hot deal.

Cheapest ever was $80+tax. Picked mine up at Staples last year. Awesome printer. Never any issues. I don't recommend 3rd party printer cartridges. I get black ink all down the sides of the pages :(

I've bought my cartridges at meritline for the 2070 and never had a problem
Also if you google the cartridges it'll show you how to get more ink out of them

I love when SDers say "bad deal because it was cheaper on BF." Sort of like saying wait until 2013 when new model is out, this will be cheaper next year. Wow, no kidding? Who would have guessed. Where is my time machine so I can get in on those amazing deals.

I know some SDers are just trying to help in giving a cost comparison but for someone who actually wants a new AIO to use TODAY this may be the best thing out there right now, so it is a good deal in that sense. And compared to those who bought it for $50 or $80 or whatever just because it was cheap yet still have it or other printers sitting in a box taking up hoarder space, how is that a good deal. For those who buy NOW because they actually want to use it NOW this is a decent deal. Thanks for posting this OP.

My experience with Meritline is they sell cheap Chinese aftermarket crap. Their inkjet cartridges are garbage and clogged up my printer heads to the point I had to buy a new printer. They even sent replacements and the replacements were bad and dried up and only half filled with ink like they had been sitting on the shelf for years. I won't buy from them anymore. I'd be careful buying toner cartridges from them. Just my opinion.

I think you're confusing this model with the 2070DW. I've never seen this printer on sale for $50 anywhere only the 2070DW.

Just a heads up. This printer is on sale for $149.99 next week anyway. If you can wait until tomorrow there's no need to PM plus you'll save a little more.

2280DW was 99 at staples earlier this year.

Combined with various coupons and rebates, it got down to a pretty cheap price.

I've had this printer for 2 months. There was a thread about 2 months ago explaining how to get it for $50 or so with $30 off $150 and printer trade in. I bit on that deal trading in an old $15 hp inkjet printer. So far the brother has been very very good. Only printed/copied 200 pages and scanned maybe 20 pages though.

Maybe it's a regional thing. I see it on the bottom of page 6, second from left, in tomorrow's ad online. I'm in WA if that helps.
