Unfortunately this deal is only good if you bought the $12.49 Plentiful Paradox game pack when it was on sale a week ago. If you did, you should have received a voucher good for $23 off EU3 and HOI3.

Today EU3 is on sale for $14.99 as a digital download [amazon.com], so not a bad deal if you don't have a coupon, but totally free with the voucher.

It does not activate on Steam.
