I was interested in the HP desktop here. What is everyone's opinion?
Looking for a desktop to be on while I am on my Xbox playing games. Multi-tasking I guess.
I like the 8gb, 1tb, and DVD burner. I wish it wasn't refurbished but I could live with it.

Bump... Please. Thanks

I'm surprised this tread is not 100 pages long now with 720p vs. 1080p.

I think you got a nice deal. You couldn't go out and buy the hardware for that price if you wanted to build it yourself. Thinking of getting it myself. Just hedging on doing it only because I don't use my old desktop as much as I use my laptop. They sell this computer at Walmart for $500, not refurbished, and it has 4 stars out of 5 with 22 reviews. It also sells on Amazon, or they used too, no longer available now, sold for $450.

I looked through that same information before I bought the desktop. I know alot of people aren't looking for desktops anymore but when I use my laptops they often stay in one place anyhow. I will eventually need a new monitor for this desktop but I can make do in the mean time. Thanks for the vote of confidence and I hope I get alot of use out of it.
