I saw a 15" x 20" Room Essentials Contour Memory Foam Pillow marked as clearance for $17.99. I paired this with the 20% off memory foam pillow coupon and it came up to $14.39 before tax and RedCard 5%. (There's no tax for me in DE, so final cost was $13.67)
Not bad, worth a try.

was interested until I read majority of the reviews on the target site...thanks for posting but will pass it...few dollars more wont hurt my neck and wallet : )

OP update: I slept on the pillow last night first time. I will say, hard time sleeping, not sure if it was due to the change in pillow or not. BUT.... I woke up for the first time in months with no neck pain or soreness. Which is exactly what I was hoping for. So perhaps I just need to get used to it and I'll be a happy person.

I have been looking at these. Almost bought one at Walmart for $15, but this one looks a little larger.
