I've been waiting for a better deal on the S3 from Costco, but I think the 'new' price is going to be the same as the current price. The flyer shows $210 off, which is what it is currently, $389.99 - $210 = $179.99.

Komachi knives with sheaths on sale (5.00 off)

Westernesse 10-04-2012 01:23 PM

To get these do you need to sign up for it at your Cosco or can you pick them up inside or cosco or print them off from online?

If you are a Costco member and not receiving the coupons, I would give their member services department (1-800-955-2292) a call and request the coupons be delivered to you.

The coupons are also available at the customer service desk at your local Costco.

Normally mailed to members address, but you can also pick them up at the customer service (where you sign up for membership and get your photo taken). You can also check with them if you have not been getting your coupons mailed...

Any one have any comments on the Samsung 55 LED TV listed in this coupon book ?

ionizer 10-04-2012 02:34 PM

i really hate how they advertise $X off something without advising you of the price - specifically with the tvs and bigger ticket items. yet some of them they will tell you the price

The last time I checked these Seagate 1.5TB backup plus were $99. So if its a $20 off $99 it is a really sweet price!

Awesome price if so; local costco only has the $89 1TB in stock. I think the 1TB are 9.5mm and the 1.5TB are 12.5mm for those who want to crack cases.

So it looks like they have both clipless "coupons" (in the front) as well as actual manufacturers coupons (in the back). Is this new?

bwhite12603 10-04-2012 04:47 PM

I've actually never had to have the coupons to get the discount. The Kirkland soup in this book is delicious!

MozartA 10-04-2012 04:47 PM

Is the $10 off Mobile 1 Motor Oil good deal? How much is the 6/1 qt motor oil after coupon?

Neurotic1 10-04-2012 05:06 PM

The cashiers at my local Costco are usually nice about coupons and scan and copy they have by the register, regardless if I have one or not.

They're usually all the same bar code so they scan one and the register will give you the discount on everything.

Me neither. All items int he book used to have the same barcode and they would scan one behind the counter. Then they went clipless. Now it seems like they have both. The new ones with barcode do have the same number on all items (except eye glasses).

So just make sure they scan a barcode either from your book or behind the counter if you are getting an item on one of the pages with a blue header.

Neurotic1 10-04-2012 05:20 PM

Even if you forget to scan, go to the Customer Service desk and they'll take care of you.

I love Costco.

They don't always post the price, because the price can be different in different locations.

FYI I was at Costco last week and noticed their started selling their own house brand (Kirkland) chocolate chips. I've noticed sometimes even after manufacturer coupons, the Kirkland brand is a better deal. Not sure if that's the case with the chips though as I haven't checked the prices.

We got a queen about 6 months ago and love it. Although, it all depends on how you want to sleep. People complain that it is too firm, at which I thought it wasn't so bad. People talk about a smell when you open it (didn't experience any here).

It's very well made. It cut down on a lot of my tossing and turning. I find a spot and i'm good to go for the night.

We did ad the 3 inch foam topper a few weeks later. After that, our sleep is amazinggg. It's like sleeping on a cloud. Although, it does become a pain to get out of bed being that foamed in =)

I would do it if I were you. Remember, you can return it if you don't like it. But i think if you give it a month, you will love it.

Depends on your store. My store requires the coupon (unless it's one of those no coupon needed deals), but you only need one coupon to get all the deals - they all have the same bar code on the back.

Thanks. I'm a side sleeper. All the reviews stating how firm it is makes me nervous. I may just give it a go and bring it back if it isn't soft enough. I've also considered adding a topper to it, but wouldnt that defeat the purpose of the gel?

I see walmart has an affordable memory foam option as well. But again it's reviewed as firm. It's rather hard finding a cheaper, soft memory foam mattress. At least in a B&M store.

I've been using the novafoam topper Costco sells for nearly a year, and hate sleeping on anything else now :) I love it. The gf loves it, and now compares her bed to sleeping on rocks haha.

It's a good investment from Costco. Unhappy for any reason, exchange or return whenever :)

Could you please explain it

What I understood is .. if I ask my friend who has the Costco membership to refer me in person at store, and I take 2 cards (1 for me and 1 for spouse) in single membership, We all get $25 each ??

I would love that if its possible and would take a membership which costs $55 now

Just know someone that is a Costco member

go in with ur spouse, b/c they ask for drivers license of each person, and say u were refered from said friend and they will give u a $25 gift card for each u and ur spouse with membership, may have to be executive membership only ($120/yr)? thats what we signed up for, and if u dont get enough cash back bonus, u can get refund for difference of reg membership ($55) vs the $120

Just the receipt for price adjustments. They do that if purchase was less than 14 days ago. Some will still do it between 14-30 days ago, but 14 is now official policy.

If longer purchase/return w/ old receipt is usually accepted.

I'm glad to see the $5/Schiff Mega Red Coupon again (it seems like it cycles every other, or two coupon books). At my store a bottle of 90 capsules is $18.99... so $13.99 AC is much cheaper than the best price I can anywhere else. :)

It's a good investment from Costco. Unhappy for any reason, exchange or return whenever :)

We were going to purchase the 10 inch mattress about 6 weeks ago. Actually were at Costco with the mattress on a cart ready to go. A couple stopped to talk to us and said that they purchased the same at Walmart (12 inch [walmart.com]) a few weeks back and it is so good they have just ordered a second one. Price for king at WM was $369, Costco one was $699 or so.

We went home and ordered from WM. they delivered for free and we used it ever since. It is like sleeping in the cloud and you don't have to fork out extra $300 to do it. Side or back sleeper, same difference.

I highly recommend you check WM before you buy.

Lots of excitement over the Komachi knives, are they better than j.a. Henckels?

You be the judge: both are made with carbon steel and foreign made other than Germany (most J.A. Henckels aren't made in Germany nowadays). Komachi has the resin/color coating and a lot cheaper.:bounce:

Around $40-$42. Bought a bunch at the old price with coupons.

Were the Samsungs with CCFL backlight and was it that what went out ore did they die from different cause? Just wonderin because then it shouldn't be an issue any more nowadays (from either maker) if they use LEDs.

I believe it had an LED lamp. It started flickering with certain kinds of graphics on the TV and got worse and worse. Eventually it just stopped working. We tried to replace just the lamp, but that didn't even work. We had to throw it away! I did see lots of issues discussed online (googled it), and recalls and such, but I think because we used the TV less than average, it took longer for the crap to set in and we were just too far out of the recall time to get any help w/ it.

Just the receipt for price adjustments. They do that if purchase was less than 14 days ago. Some will still do it between 14-30 days ago, but 14 is now official policy.

If longer purchase/return w/ old receipt is usually accepted.

Also confirmed that the diamond clean 6-pack is the same price. $49.99 - $10 discount = $39.99.

For $6.67 per diamondhead brush, this is a great price! Will def pick one up

Thanks for the scans. Ever since I moved, I no longer get these sent my way.

Price Check

Hi All. Hope that someone can help me with a price check on AmLactin lotion - I know I've seen it before in a 2-pack. I hope that it's the 12% one.

I know this is unrelated to this coupon booklet...but hope someone can help! Would like to know the price & the oz size of the bottles. Also - if anyone happens to know...does Costco ever have coupons for this item? Thanks so much for your help!

Link to their website for this product:

http://www.costco.com/AmLactin%C2...reId=10301

I don't use this, so someone else will need to tell you about possible coupons. The website gives the store price for items that I buy at Costco (unless there is a clearance).

Thank you for this - I didn't even think about it. I have a feeling though that the website is diff't that the in-store items/prices. I feel like I saw a 2-pk...but I could be wrong. Anyone else, by chance, know about this item in-store that can give their perspective? Thanks again!
