It does not mention the model number, but it looks like the Mobile 6000 (or now called Mobile 5000). This keyboard works well for Android device too. I got one when it was on clearance at Staples.com for $19.99 before coupons. Note that this one has no warranty at all. It may be wise to spend a few more bucks on a brand new equivalent such as the Motorola one.

If I didn't already have two of the 6000's, I'd definitely get this. they're great for putting in a backpack or notebook case.
