Does this come with the lifetime warranty/LSA (Lifetime Service Agreement) eligibility when you register the product?

I know the specs say 3 year warranty, but I recently bought a Ridgid 1/2" VSR hammer drill at Home Depot which came with a 3 year warranty, but when you register it online, fill & print out the form, submit your box UPC & receipt... They upgrade it to lifetime warranty/lifetime service agreement. Used it to drill through concrete to build a gate/fence & through stucco & wood to install some lights & a door. So far liking my Ridgid drill & the LSA is awesome. As lifetime warranty/service agreement is unheard of on power tools. Usually lifetime warranty is only for non powered hand tools for most brands.

None in stock at the Commack, NY location. Only the floor model that the 'Tool Corral' guy wouldn't sell me.

2 in stock in Smithtown, NY on the top shelf. I got one which was listed for $190. I told the rep that it would be an xmas present for my dad and then he proceeded to destroy the box getting it down for me. Gave me an extra 10% off cause he felt bad.

I'll register it for the warranty over the weekend and report what it offered me.
