I purchased a pillow of $0.95 and I received a message from Paypal indicating "Your funds will be transferred when the merchant processes your payment." When I click on "Billing Details" I get this message: You've authorized use of your PayPal account for future payments to HSN INTERACTIVE LLC. You can cancel this authorization by clicking Cancel below.

Since they haven't withdrawn $0.95 out of my account yet, should I wait to cancel their ability to pre approve me for future charges until after the $0.95 has been charged? I don't understand how a company can charge or withdraw money from your Paypal account without your approval or knowing your password etc.

Edit/Update: I followed the directions in the wiki section of this thread and cancelled future payments to HSN Interactive: My account in the pre-approved payments now shows:

I think if you cancel preapproved charges you get an automatic cancellation. As of yet, HSN has billed me 0 dollars. So if you cancel the authorization you gave for the charge not placed yet, you should get a canceled order as you have suspended payment. I have preapproved a charge on each order for $0.95, if they charge me any more than that, it's illegal.

If you have multiple email accounts, an alternative shipping address and a paypal account along with a major credit card. I did and am recieving 2 green pillows for $2.02!!

It looks like the coupon is valid but they're going to cancel orders that they don't profit from like these.

No cancellation email for me as of yet. I ordered around 3 am this morning. I did not create an account, I checked out as guest and also did not write down my order number. I did however pay with paypal and was able to pull up the order invoice number from my paypal transaction history (currently 0.95 pending authorization). You put that and your billing phone number in to check the order status.

If you paid with paypal you can pull up your order invoice number from the pending charge. You might also be able to do this with your credit card if you paid that way.

Mine says not yet shipped.

Well I didn't want to draw attention to the deal, so I just hung up. On line order status says "not yet shipped" but before it had where you could cancel the order, and now it says you can't cancel the order. I hope this means it's getting ready to ship.
