I bought mine from Costco Brick and morter. I got a coupon for a tool tote bag that hangs from the ladder from the guy demonstrating the ladder.

Also, I think this ladder is handled better than indiviual ladders sent to home directly.

Funny story. I actually went to the local costco fully intending to get a membership. Then I learn they only accept AmEx (no other credit cards). While it was nice of them to offer to sign me up for an AmEx on the spot, I decided I'd rather not get another card just to shop at Costco without cash/checks.

Sams Club does the same thing...but with Discover card. You can always use cash/checks. Not sure what the problem is.
