2012 Black Friday or Cyber Monday Budget - Poll

OK, it is time for all to settle all credit card bills & 'free' them up to get ready for BF or CM 2012. What will be your budget for this year? Did anyone talk about bad economy now???

I don't have anything in my list as of now, but wouldn't mind spending $150 on something useful... what is your budget??

a) 0
b) 0-50 (memory cards, USB drives, USB this, USB that, clothing, utensils, etc)
c) 50-200 (tablets, cell-phones, gaming consoles, clothing, utensils, etc)
d) 200-600 (tablets, laptops, TVs, projectors, etc)
e) 600+ (laptops, TVs, home appliances, etc)

I have been collecting gift cards for various places over the last year. Like the lowes gcs on fathers day, numerous other cards from chase UR like sears(lands end) and tango cards probably for amazon.

Then after those are gone... then yea its the credit cards.

what kind of dominations are these...I'm looking to drop a minimum of $5k..

jsjunks 10-31-2012 02:42 PM

some magic formula said anyone spending over 600$ shall be classified as 'serious' buyer... a minimum of 5K? What do you have in your mind?

krava 11-01-2012 08:04 AM

used to drop around 5K to resell but resell value isn't much anymore. cost me $2,500 or so to place a 1 page color ad for the business on black friday and with people selling laptops for $179 hard for me to sell dell D630's for $195 on that day even

my bad... i under-estimated slick-dealers! Looks like most of them have a huge budget!!

I don't have any credit card debt, I just saved my money like most people should do. I'm trying to get a bunch of games, a new laptop, maybe another tablet, and if I'm lucky I'll get a new TV though that isn't really on my list.

The new laptop is a must though and I'm holding out for an i7 HP, Asus, or Sony laptop.

My budget is actually in the $1000's but I put $200 - $600 since the laptop is what makes or breaks it for me.

things what I want : LED TV, laptop, Iphone 5.
things I need: Braces, gym lol

$1000 is probably the highest I'll personally go. I'm looking for a new washer and dryer set, but only if it's at the right price. If not, maybe a couple of computer parts, new tablet.. and that would about do it.
