Kohl’s will open its doors at 12 A.M November 23rd and stay open for a full 24 hours. However the biggest news comes from the fact that Kohl’s will starting their online Black Friday sales on Wednesday November 21st.

I heard start time is supposed to be 12:01 am Central on Wednesday (since Kohl's is based in that time zone), so I would think you'd have to adjust accordingly.
