But what harm would it be for them to close your acct? Can' t you just open another? Preventing a customer from buying will only hurt them.

I didn't see those terms, but I really can't imagine they would close your account unless you're trying to exploit them somehow (multiple purchases on different accounts). The fact that anyone can purchase it is their own fault.

Worked for me--then I saw the warnings. I hope they don't close my account! I have printed all my unused vouchers just in case though and I'd recommend everyone do the same. I agree that this is their fault - They should have used one-time use codes if they wanted to limit it to select recipients!

Looks like it worked, though it originally failed. Had to go into non-mobile version of account and send it through. Said that it was successful, but when viewing the deal on my groupon app, the deal shows Pending

bought 2 tickets from two different Groupon accounts... both had groupon bucks which were applied automatically... If they close my account will I till be able to use the groupons that I have bought??

Great warning by cisengineer. I took advantage of past Groupon deals posted on SD and got my account closed once. I was able to get Groupon's customer service to email me all my unused vouchers but it was a pain in the ass.

If you DO have unused vouchers, download them RIGHT AFTER you buy the Fandango vouchers.

Damn wish this had been around before I spent $8.25 to see wreck it Ralph 2D matinee downside of living in the big city domination by large corporations with no real competition.

if you have gmail, you can just add a "." anywhere and groupon will take it as a new account a believe.

Come to think of it, there is no code in the my vouchers. That code in the pdf is just a groupon number and not the actual fandango code.
