It's important to note that the ad has been split into the two waves of door-buster deals:

Doorbusters starting Thanksgiving Night at 8pm: http://bfads.net/Ad/Sears-Thanksgiving

Doorbusters starting Friday morning at 3am: http://bfads.net/Ad/Sears-Black-Friday

Thanks Mr. I wasn't quite sure how to split it up

2ct earrings for 99 bucks... the wife may be in luck this year..

memphisboi55 11-07-2012 02:21 PM

Wouldn't mind that 50" for 299 replacing my 42" in my den now... wouldn't hold my breathe though

AbbieLee83 11-07-2012 03:23 PM

anyone see anything about a washer and dryer set? That had a giant sale last year

chopsuey 11-07-2012 04:44 PM

Looks like there are 2 50" HDTVs for $299. The other one is a Panasonic I think.

Sears had a "Friends & Family" night last November where washers and dryers were on sale. Keep your eye out for it.

The fact that it stood out to a number of us makes me think you have a pretty small chance of successfully getting one. Not that it isn't worth a shot if you don't mind dealing with the Black Friday crap...but I would imagine most stores have less than five of these in stock, and more likely they have a single unit.

ToadKilla 11-07-2012 07:12 PM

Come on Amazon

Agreed

and If you notice .. they beat their own subsidiarity (Kmart) while pricing xbox .. Kmart has it at 199 and sears made it 219 in their BF deal.. lol

trk72 11-07-2012 07:55 PM

Will the savings for the Canon Lens to bring it to $50 come off the T3 or the Lens? Last year it came off the T3 and everyone returned the lenses I wonder what they'll do this year.

tekmill 11-07-2012 10:48 PM

I asked on another post...But is the Toshiba 50 inch LED 1080p for $299 a misprint? This sounds way too low. Best Buy has the same tv on doorbuster for almost DOUBLE the price!

Sears - BF 2012 [stlpcwizard.com]

This is the complete 64 page ad with all doorbusters from Thursday at 8 AM and Friday at 4 am.

theviper21 11-08-2012 05:11 AM

Does anyone know how fast the door busters go for things like appliances? I have a sizable Sears GC that I'd like to use for the $800 range they have as one of the 4AM door busters, but I've never been to one. Two other questions:

1) Do they usually have online sales that match at all?
2) Does anyone know if the Sears hardware/appliance stores do the BF thing? I have a full Sears near me, but one of the small Sears hardware stores that's even closer.

Anyone else think its strange the 60hz 50" Toshiba that retails for $799 and on sale for $399 is $100 more than the 50" Toshiba that retails for $899 and is only $299, misprint maybe? Crazy limited supply maybe? Judging by amazon the Toshiba model #'s are the L2200U going for $699 atm and the L5200U $899. The retail price of the L2200U is listed as $899 however and is a 60hz model. The L5200U is listed and selling at the listed price of $899, this set however has 120hz refresh rate and a couple other nuggets (extra HDMI, etc...). I hope the $300 set is a 120hz model #L5200U, I may have to camp sears then when I was planning on doing BF online only this year.

Looks like what he posted are both BB and Sears deals. BB has the 50" for $399, while Sears has it for $299. Both are the L2200U model. L5200U for that price would be awesome!

Ah, yeah it wasn't clear that his list pooled sears and BB stuff together, makes sense now. Would love it to be 120hz but I think i'll just go for a 46" model w 120hz. Still nice tv's.

Mr.V 11-08-2012 01:03 PM

would sears match the $ 100 sears gift card on purchase of 4 tires online also ? or is it just in store only ?

z284u2try 11-09-2012 11:04 AM

What time will I need to ge tto sears to get 2 of those 50" toshiba? I am thinking I should be save if I am there at 4:00.

At my store we have 4 of each the 50 inch tvs. i was gonna snag one since i work in the stockroom but that plan went to crap when i saw how many we had.

AznCracker 11-14-2012 08:56 PM

My parents stood in line at sears before and they said there was like 10 people in line. They showed up 30 mins before opening. Shouldn't be too hard to get this deal.

AJBoogie 11-14-2012 09:48 PM

I will be there at 6:00a.m....does Sears give out tickets like Best Buy? What is sears method for conducting door busters?

RascalMJ 11-15-2012 08:24 PM

My wife and I are SOLD on a washer and dryer listed @ Sears on BF. My question is...the ad says "limited quantities" and "approximately one per store". How does this typically work? Sears doesn't actually stock washer/dryer at the store (aside from the floor models), but fulfill out of a warehouse.

I asked the young lady at the store and she said that for Black Friday everything is just ordered from the warehouse, but I didn't see the "approx 1 per store" until I got home. Anyone have any insight on this and how it might be handled?

They'll order in at least ONE from the warehouse to have on hand that day. And whoever gets there first gets it, all others out of luck. It's possible a larger store might have more than one, but if the ad says at least 1 per store, figure there might only be one.

During the preview event yesterday, I saw times that deals would be available online, but can't seem to find it anymore. Anyone know when these deals will be available online, and if everything in the ad will be online as well?

I don't see that info on the site, but the preview event is actually still going until midnight tonight. Maybe once you're there, you'll remember where you saw it:

If you do find it, let us know what it says.

The crazy thing about the gift card - it needs to be used, like, right there: valid from 11/22/12 8pm to 11/23/12 1pm - total BS if you ask me...

Also, wondering if tires are not in stock - do they need to be ordered on BF or they need to be installed on BF?
