I wonder if the pedestals come with it.... usually it says something if they do not

deeznutz904 11-12-2012 05:49 AM

No model info yet?

RascalMJ 11-12-2012 10:27 AM

If you look close on the ad, I think you can see the model #

http://www.lowes.com/pd_407168-14...949&rpp=16 - $899 online right now

http://www.lowes.com/pd_407169-14...695&rpp=16 - Also $899 online

hardrock121 11-14-2012 08:07 PM

It's impossible to get reviews on each and every item in these ads ..firstly it's missile to get the model number itself

I wonder if you can use the 10% off (moving coupon) on this...

Would make a killer deal.

That's my plan....

The mover's coupon doesn't list anything on it that makes me think it wouldn't work

quain 11-15-2012 01:20 PM

Anyone have reviews or more info on these?

This deal is live online now and I've confirmed the 10% off moving coupon stacks with it.

Please excuse my naive question - where can I get the 10% moving coupon?

Can the 10% coupon be used for online purchases and does it stack with ShopDiscover?

Yes, it can be used... just enter the number that is below the bar code. I just tried and it worked. In addition you can use ebaitsonline for an additional 6 percent... i don't have shop discover.. but i don't see any reason it will not work.

Thanks, I'm very tempted to get this set. Seems like after the 10% off coupon, it's roughly the same price as the Kmart Kenmore deal earlier this week ($540 each and free delivery). Any idea how these Samsungs compares to the Kenmores?

Also, how long into the future can you postpone delivery with Lowes? we won't be moving into our new house until January, will Lowes allow delivery that far in the future?

pdp76 11-19-2012 12:02 PM

I was too impatient to wait for the 10% off movers coupon to be e-mail to me so I searched the internet for Lowe's coupons. I found a 10% off that worked for me (and at least one other person apparently) 470207003821447.

Total with 8.25% CA tax and delivery (free) was $1167.15 for both the washer and dryer. Seems like a reasonable deal, but didn't feel it was super duper slick, but I guess it depends on how good these machines end up being, I think they're pretty new so I couldn't find any reviews on them. I won't have them delivered for another 1+ months since we're not moving until then, but I wasn't sure if there would be a better deal for a steam washer and dryer would come up soon. Hope I made a good choice!

How do these compare to the Samsung WF365BTBGWR Washer and DV365ETBGWR and dryer on sale for $599/each at Best Buy? Has anyone compared these to the Lowes models?

Any opinions on which is the better deal?

The washers are pretty much identical. From what I can tell, the control panels are a little bit different, but the functionality is all the same. It's even the same user manual for the 363 and the 365.

The 365 dryer has some extra steam cycles, and the water bucket in the upper left corner of the dryer to go with it, compared to the 363 dryer. However, reading reviews on steam dryers, this type of steam dryer is pretty useless and just a gimmick. It does not actually produce steam, it only sprays water into the dryer if the "steam cycle" is chosen. This is what I gathered from carefully reading through the user manual. EDIT: Actually, I just realized the manual doesn't even mention a water bucket on the 365 dryer, so I went and saw it in the store, it has a water line hookup in the back. The 363 does not have this water line hookup.

I chose the Lowe's deal since I got the extra 10% off (see one of my previous posts), $539 instead of $599 each. To me, the extra $120 was not worth the steam function of the dryer.

Do they offer fee home delivery, hookup and haul away. I do not see it anywhere on their site. I see it on BB, HHGregg

Not sure about haul away but definitely free delivery on this set

That's great.. I wish I could get the Sears set, but $69 delivery kills it.

Not sure if I should pull the trigger now or wait for BF, see if something special pops up

pdp76 11-26-2012 05:25 PM

Did anyone order this set and have it delivered already? I'm not getting mind delivered until mid January because I won't be moving until then. If there are any alarms that are raised about this set, I still have time to cancel this order! Please share any experiences you might have with this set if you don't mind, Thanks
