You have to ask a rep to add the receipts for you. I used the chat feature after a receipt not being added and the rep told me there is something wrong when you try to add receipts on your own.

You can call Rewards CS and ask them to make an exception if you had extenuating circumstances that prevented you from recycling. Like Hurricane Sandy. They did it for us when our 2 closest stores were closed due to the storm at the end of June.

I hate to do Mcafee rebate. I always prefer SER. Will wait cuz rewards does not expire until 01/31/2013.

I bought a Simple Nook last month 10/31 using a $20 Rewards check which was about to expire. Tried to return it today (11/14) and the manager said that it has been 15 days (counting the day I bought it) so I could not get credit for the expired Rewards check, only what I paid for it using my CC. I said, it's a check and should not be treated as a coupon plus 14 days does not count the day you purchased it. He said he can't do anything about it because it has been 15 days and call corporate and explain what happened. Maybe they'll issue me a new rewards check. Maybe I should have asked to return it without the receipt.

I had better luck before (twice they credited the rewards check to my cc) but I guess I'm becoming too familiar...LOL.

The 14 day return window does include the day of purchase. I'm surprised you were even offered any type of refund past 14 days.

anyone else's rewards really screwed up this month? I was supposed to receive $40 ink rewards and ~$20 rewards for the 100% batteries. Instead I received a $10 and $12 reward that says November 1 of 2 and November 2 of 2 by it.....

Same here. I recycled on October 31st on 2 Premiere accts and only the $22 in Duracell rewards are showing for both. October ink recycling shows 0, however, my purchase history does clearly show the ink recycling for both on October 31st. I just hope it was a delay caused by Hurricane Sandy. Will chat with them tomorrow as they're closed now.
