Pros:
You save $150
i7-3630QM 2.4GHz is pretty good for the price

Cons:
Resolution 1366 x 768, you might want a 1080p instead
GeForce 610M is a bit worse than Intel HD Graphics 4000
750 GB 5400 rpm sucks especially when it doesn't come with any mSSD cache

Definately not the best deal out there; it's like you are paying for the i7 and i7 only.
