I believe they always hand them out to you as you leave the warehouse. Either the person who checks ur receipts hands them to you or you can grab it yourself. Both of these have been my experience. They have huge pallets of boxes full of them, when you show up early of course.
Technically its limit one per customer/family. But if you can get away with grabbing an extra one for a family member as a gift, it's not unusual. (I'm not encouraging it, but I'm just saying.)

the year that I was able to get a copy, they handed them out at the receipt check at the exit door. I didn't realize that this was an annual thing. definitely worth fighting the crowds/parking for one ;-)

I agree that it is worth the fight. We have about four staple dinners that we took from these books over time.

You don't have to deal with crowds...I just downloaded PDF to PC. Save time, energy, and space on a shelf. :)

Sweet! Thanks for the heads up! This is the first time I've ever heard of this. Gonna have to tell my wife about it.

I tried the rack of lamb recipe (the one with fennel and thyme) from the 2010 book - it is SO GOOD! Love these books!!!

Should be no problem. Costco is unusually empty on BF. Most people are busy chasing BF deals all over town.
