Nice Deal...Bought a paddle recently for myself

Is this [sears.com] a decent table at the Black Friday price ($212)? Or would you rather choose this [dickssportinggoods.com] one ($250, also BF price)?

Even I am in the same boat. I heard 1 inch thickness better for bounce

Yea 1" is optimal but it seems you need to spend at least $300 for those. Best examples I found:

Stiga ST4100 at Dick's Sporting Goods [dickssportinggoods.com] ($380 BF price)

Prince Challenger at Sears [sears.com] ($320 BF price)

For recreational/casual play 3/4" should suffice.

Well I went ahead and ordered the Prince Fusion table (model #PT4200S) from Sears [sears.com] for in-store pickup. This model seems specific to Sears. $212 seems like a good deal for a 3/4" top. A table with similar specs (albiet a better known brand) is currently going for almost $600 on Amazon [amazon.com].

Update: Actually went with the Prince Challenger instead since a coupon code brought it down another $35.
