Bought one to try it out when I get home, generally a 4 out of 5 rating across the board, and CostCo's return policy makes this an easy choice. Plus it's right up the street! Here's a link to a photographer who took 34 pics including mounting her 5DMKII + 70-200 lens in portrait orientation with 580 flash! Yes it creeped but if that's hardly ever the case for you, this is a nice tripod.

The tripod.. mehhh.. I invested in Carbon Fiber ones with nice heads... tripods you only will need to buy once unless it breaks (CF hardly) or stolen. |
